Ottomar licences are digital content supplied without a physical medium, made available for download as soon as payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the download has started, provided you gave your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged losing this right when ordering. As long as you have not downloaded the files, you may ask for your order to be cancelled and fully refunded.

Conformity guarantee

If the files you received are defective or do not match the licence you bought, let us know within thirty days of receipt. We will supply a corrected file or, failing that, refund you, in accordance with articles L.224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.

Wrong licence

If you bought a licence that does not fit your use, contact us: we will look into exchanging it for the right licence, with payment or refund of the difference.
